However, Kuma and Loki’s flashbacks reveal that a lot more people were involved in the incident than the world knew of. From the World Government to Monkey D. Dragon, the God Valley Incident connected several major characters.
In Chapter 1160, the Rocks Pirates finally arrived in God Valley. The Roger Pirates also came to save Shakky, soon followed by Garp’s fleet. Elsewhere, Dragon saved Shanks and Shamrock as the Celestial Dragons continued hunting the natives and slaves.
The arrival of three major forces means serious business. We already know that Roger and Garp join forces to defeat Rocks, but what leads to it will be revealed in Chapter 1161.

As chaos started to brew, the God’s Knights focused on eliminating everyone except the Celestial Dragons. While Dragon tried to protect the twins, he found himself facing the female Knight with sharp fangs. She attacked him with a powerful beam.
The attack almost killed Dragon, but thankfully, Whitebeard’s unintentional interruption saved him. The tremor user joined forces with Linlin (Big Mom) and Kaido to beat up the pirates who betrayed Rocks. Unfortunately for them, they soon found Garp as their opponent.

Linlin shot a fire attack at Garp, but it didn’t work. The three decided to retreat as they didn’t want to engage Garp yet, even though Kaido wanted to fight the Vice Admiral. After the encounter, they joined their crew and marched towards God Valley City, where the Roger Pirates were also heading.
In the city, Shakky freed herself, but before she could escape, Sommers found her and nearly killed her. Fortunately, Rayleigh showed up right in time and defeated Sommers with a powerful move. One Piece Chapter 1161 ends with Rayleigh winning Shakky over and Roger and Gaban crying in the background.
