The Warzone meta has been extremely competitive in recent weeks, with plenty of weapons earning themselves spots in players’ loadouts. However, there are always a few that stand above the rest, with the GPR 91 and Cypher 091 dominating most of Season 5.
But the Reloaded update has arrived to mix things up once again, bringing a ton of weapon buffs and nerfs that have everyone reevaluating their setups.
In fact, it’s made the Kilo 141 Warzone’s best weapon for the first time since Season 3.
Iconic Kilo 141 is back on top after major buff
As detailed in the Warzone Season 5 Reloaded patch notes, the Kilo 141 has been given a major buff that increases its range across the board. The most significant change is that its maximum damage range has been increased from 35.6m to 45m, while its medium range has gone up to 45m-60m.
According to stats page CODMunity, these significant boosts paired with nerfs to guns like the ABR A1 leave the Kilo as the best gun in the game this season.
They shared a comparison of all the other meta guns and the results were clear as day. From 30 meters to around 60 meters, which is where the vast majority of long-range gunfights take place, it has an untouchable TTK, especially from 50 meters when the GPR 91 drops off.
Not only does the Kilo 141 smoke the competition when it comes to TTK, it’s also notoriously easy to use. Its recoil is extremely forgiving, meaning you’ll be able to land your shots consistently and achieve its maximum damage more often than its rivals.
