Disney Dreamlight Valley Lucky You event: Tasks, rewards & how to get Clovers

Disney Dreamlight Valley Lucky You event

Disney Dreamlight Valley’s latest event has finally arrived, celebrating St. Patrick’s Day. The Lucky You! event promises to bring “a touch of luck and whimsy to your Valley and wardrobe” if you complete the tasks and craft the rewards.

From its Holiday events, Spring Egg-stravaganza, and Halloween-themed Dreamlight Duties, Disney Dreamlight Valley is no stranger to a good event. During them, players are often tasked with collecting resources on the ground, crafting presents, growing crops, or even cooking up some new recipes (which is much easier now, thanks to the Slow Cooker).

Now, a brand new event has landed into the cozy game, this time celebrating St. Patrick’s Day. So, if you want to make the most of it and get everything it has to offer, here’s all you need to know about the Lucky You! event.

Dates

The Disney Dreamlight Valley Lucky You! event began on March 10 and will end on March 17.

Disney Dreamlight Valley Lucky You Event

This is a pretty short event, and means players will only have one week to complete all the tasks and gather the two rewards.

How to complete all tasks

This event has just one Duty to complete, which is found under the Village tab in the Dreamlight Duties. It’s (aptly) called Lucky You!

The Lucky You! task requires you to have seven Four-Leaf Clovers in your inventory at once. When you do, the task will be complete and you’ll receive a Lucky Shirt as a reward. Thankfully, a Four-Leaf Clover can be both crafted and found.

How to get Clovers

From March 10 to March 17, you’ll be able to find Three-Leaf Clovers and Four-Leaf Clovers on the ground around Dreamlight Valley. They’re found in any biome, so make sure you search throughout the Valley.

Three-Leaf Clovers will appear in the Valley every five minutes and there will be a maximum of nine in your Valley at a time. However, on March 17, one will spawn every 90 minutes, and you’ll need to pick that one up before a new one will spawn.

Four-Leaf Clovers will appear in the Valley every 90 minutes. The player needs to pick that one before another will spawn. Then, on March 17, a Four-Leaf Clover will spawn every 15 minutes, with a maximum of nine at one time.

On top of this, Four-Leaf Clovers can also be crafted, using the following recipe:

  • 10 Three-Leaf Clovers
  • 500 Dreamlight

Given you need to have seven in your inventory for the task, and enough to craft all the rewards, you’ll need to collect plenty of Clovers in the space of a week.

All rewards & how to craft

Aside from the Four-Leaf Clover, there’s only one reward you can craft as part of the current event, the “End of the Rainbow” Cauldron.

We’ve listed its recipe and how to find the ingredients below:

  • 10 Four-Leaf Clover
  • 10 Iron Ingot
  • 20 Gold Ingot

As we mentioned above, Four-Leaf Clovers can be found on the ground in Dreamlight Valley or crafted using ten Three-Leaf Clovers and 500 Dreamlight. As for Iron Ingots, you’ll need to mine nodes in the Forest of Valor, Glade of Trust, Sunlit Plateau, Frosted Heights, and Forgotten Lands for Iron Ore. Then craft it with one coal to make Ingots.

Gold works much the same, and is found in the Sunlit Plateau, Frosted Heights, and Forgotten Lands. With that, head over to the crafting bench and make 20 Gold Ingots.

So, that’s all you need to know about the Disney Dreamlight Valley Lucky You! event.
