Of all the different promos and events in Ultimate Team, none are as exciting as Team of the Season. The 2024/25 campaign has been a spectacle from the Premier League to LaLiga, and TOTS is where fans can celebrate the top performers from each country.
The event is back again in EA FC 25, so here’s a breakdown of how the voting works, the schedule, and every squad released so far.
Dates
EA FC 25 Team of the Season got underway on Friday, April 18, 2025, after the devs began teasing the promo on social media.
It will run for well over a month, with the final release coming on June 6 before the promo comes to an end the next week.

As always, at least one new Team of the Season squad will be released every Friday through the promo. However, they usually drop both the men’s and women’s teams from a country at the same time, so the Premier League and the BWSL will arrive in packs together.
For most of the biggest nations, such as England, Spain, and Germany, fans will have the opportunity to vote for who should be included. EA will provide a list of nominees, and all you need to do is pick your final 11.
This all usually culminates with Ultimate Team of the Season, where the best cards from throughout the event are re-released in packs, giving players one more chance to get them.
During TOTS, UT Champions rewards are also adjusted to award special red versions for the latest cards, making the mode more competitive than ever.

On top of all that, you can also expect plenty of major SBCs, objectives, and Evolutions to give you plenty to grind.
How to vote
Based on previous seasons, you will be able to vote for the next Team of the Season by heading to the official EA SPORTS TOTS website. Here, you will be presented with a host of nominees who have lit up their respective leagues and you need to whittle them down to just 11.
The winners will then be announced on the game’s social media pages before they are released in packs.
It’s worth noting that not every league is subject to a vote. In the past, the likes of Ligue 1 and smaller leagues like Liga Portugal and the MLS, which are bundled together under “Mixed Leagues,” have been released with no voting from fans.
