iShowSpeed says he needs therapy after opening up about feeling alone during USA tour

iShowSpeed has admitted he needs therapy after opening up about his mental health during his ongoing 24/7 livestream marathon.
The 19-year-old YouTuber has built one of the biggest audiences in streaming, known for his chaotic energy, wild reactions, and viral moments. With over 44 million subscribers on YouTube, he has become one of the most recognizable figures online.
As of writing, Speed is in the middle of a grueling USA tour where he is livestreaming around the clock. The project has already pushed him past 500 consecutive hours on air, and as of September 21, he has entered day 24 of the non-stop broadcast.
Speed opens up about mental health
On day 23 of the marathon, just after waking up, Speed took a rare pause from his usual antics to admit he was struggling. The moment came a little over 530 hours into the challenge, when he told viewers: “Listen, I woke up on the wrong side of the bed. It’s a lot. I need a therapist. I need a therapist. I need to have a talk with a therapist. My mental is like…”
He continued: “I need a therapist. Like, I need somebody to talk to. Cuz I feel alone. I feel like nobody understands me.”
He asked his chat shortly after opening up if they had his back. Fans quickly flooded the chat with messages of support, urging the streamer to prioritize his health as the marathon continues.
The discussion was quickly derailed as Peter Lenehan, a man who played a significant role in developing the World Wide Web, introduced himself in a random diner in South Dakota.
