A major Fortnite leak has revealed the themes of its upcoming seasons, including a new superhero season and one inspired by The Simpsons.
One of the main things that helps Fortnite stand out is the way it reinvents itself with each major update. Every season has a distinct theme, which influences the way the map looks, the weapons on offer, and even certain gameplay systems.
Right now, we’re in the middle of the Star Wars era, but players are always looking ahead to what comes next. Luckily, a leak has revealed what Epic Games might have in store throughout the rest of 2025 and beyond.
Fortnite leak reveals themes of upcoming season
According to trusted leaker ‘Loolo_WRLD,’ Chapter 6 Season 3, the one after the Star Wars season, will be entirely focused on superheroes. We’ve seen this previously with the Marvel crossovers, but this one will reportedly feature original heroes and even some iconic characters from DC.
If the post is to be believed, Robin will feature in the Battle Pass and Superman will be added as an in-game power-up, similar to Godzilla and the Star Destroyers. Meanwhile, the Fortress of Solitude will appear on the map instead of Masked Meadow, and a new “Utopia City” POI will replace Seaport City.
The overarching story will focus on Midas, who funds a superhero academy to stop Daigo and his army of demons.
The leak didn’t stop there, though. It also mentioned the themes of three more upcoming seasons, starting with a “bug invasion” in Chapter 6 Season 4, and a Chapter 7 update that focuses heavily on Norse mythology.
But the most eye-catching of them all is “Season Simpsons,” which will bring the iconic animated sitcom to Fortnite for the first time. Details were fairly space, but they mentioned that Springfileld, where the show is set, will be included as a POI on the map.

This will likely be classed as a “mini season,” just like Star Wars Galactic Battle, where a single franchise takes over the game for a short period of time. If past seasons are anything to go by, you can expect a host of familiar faces, including the likes of Homer, Marge, and Bart.
It’s worth keeping in mind that this is all based on leaks for now, as Epic Games are yet to announce anything official. They usually like to keep their plans close to their chest, so we likely won’t get an announcement about each until they’re about to launch.
Luckily, the Galactic season comes to an end in early June, so we won’t have to wait too long to see what’s next. In the meantime, there are plenty of Star Wars updates in the coming weeks to keep you occupied.
