Does it have crossplay & cross progression?
Yes, Forza Horizon 5 has full crossplay capability with other platforms, meaning you’ll be racing against players on PC and Xbox if you head into an online match.

Online play explained
Given that Forza Horizon 5 is primarily an online open-world game, if you want to race with other players, you’ll need a PSN subscription. However, you can play Forza without a subscription, you’ll just be racing offline instead.
