InZOI has an Ambitions mechanic that plays a part in your Zois’ lives. Here’s a list of all of them and how you can complete them.

InZOI is a new life simulation game published by KRAFTON that features an open world with highly realistic graphics. If there’s one way to put it, think of The Sims 3 – but with more advanced customization options and unique features despite being in early access at the time of writing.

In the game, you can create characters called “Zois” and let them live their lives however you want. Like any life sim title, it’s entirely up to you how their story will play out.

Regardless of your playstyle, however, you’ll have to assign ambitions for your Zois, as this is part of the gameplay. So, what exactly does this in-game mechanic do? Below, we’ve detailed everything you need to know about ambitions in InZOI.

What are Ambitions? Mechanic explained

Ambitions are your Zois’ long-term goals in their lives. The way it works is pretty similar to aspirations in The Sims 4, as there are several objectives you need to complete depending on which ambition you choose for your character.

Though it’s entirely up to you how you’d like your Zoi’s life to turn out, completing these objectives essentially helps you shape their life direction in the long run. 

Ambitions are only available in the game for young adults and adult Zois. You’ll be able to select ambitions for younger characters once they reach this life stage.

All Ambitions in InZOI & how to complete them

Ambitions don’t just give your Zois’ life more meaning, but in a way, it also adds another layer of depth when it comes to their character. 

For example, you can have a Zoi with an artistic trait and then choose an ambition that suits them, such as Creative Expression.

You’re also free to choose one completely different from their overall personality – it’s entirely up to you. Currently, the game has ten different ambitions to choose from. Depending on which ambition your Zoi has, you’ll need to complete several objectives tied to it.

How to change Ambitions

Ambitions can be changed throughout the game, so you won’t have to worry about being stuck with the same one for your whole playthrough.

To change your ambitions, follow the steps below:

1. Select the Zoi Card option on the bottom right tab on your screen.
2. Alternatively, you can also press ‘O’ on your keyboard to open the Zoi Card menu.
3. In the Zoi Card, click the pencil-like icon in the Ambitions tab.
4. Select the new Ambition you want out of all the ten options.

That sums up everything you need to know about ambitions in this life-sim title. As the game is still in early access at the time of writing, players can expect more content to be added periodically. 

After all, devs have already shared their roadmap and confirmed that all these updates will be free before the game fully launches.
