How to hide your helmet & armor pieces
To hide your helmet and other armor pieces in Monster Hunter Wilds, you’ll need to do the following:
- Head over to your tent. Either at any of the game’s base camps or pop-up camps.
- Scroll across to the Appearance Menu (far right).
- Select Equipment Appearance.
- Choose all the pieces of armor you wish to hide on your Hunter.
It’s important to note that you can also change the color of your armor pieces from this menu. This is particularly good for fashion hunters who love looking their best before they go bludgeoning a poor monster to death.
Layered armor pieces can also be equipped from this menu. So, if you find that your new Chatacabra or Arkveld armor isn’t to your liking, then you can always use any layered pieces you have to cover up uglier sets.
