Schedule 1 sets you up as an aspiring drug dealer intent on making the most amount of money for the least amount of effort… and what says low effort like getting your friends to do it for you in co-op?
Ultimately, despite its drug-related content, Schedule 1 is a management sim that pushes you into using the Management Clipboard, best mixes, and even hiring employees or dealers so you can automate your production and make the most money (though cheats are always an option for this).
Now that can be pretty overwhelming when you’re doing that all alone. So, if you’re looking to rope in one of your friends to your nefarious schemes, here’s all you need to know about the game’s co-op capabilities, and what platforms you can play on.
Does Schedule 1 have co-op?
Yes, Schedule 1 is a co-op game, meaning you can dive into the drug-dealing adventure with your friends.

The entire game is particularly co-op friendly, and you’ll be working together to build your empire rather than taking on rival jobs.
How many can play?
While the main menu will only offer you one box to add a friend, you can play with up to three other players, making Schedule 1 a four-player game.
Of course, you don’t need all four players, and can enjoy it solo or with any number of friends. It’s also worth noting that there are currently no plans for this to expand, and no co-op features were highlighted in the game’s roadmap.
How to play co-op
To play co-op in Schedule 1, you’ll need to follow the steps below:
Related
- Launch Schedule 1.
- While in the lobby, click the + in the top-right corner.

- Type in your friend’s Steam ID and press confirm.
Once you’ve done that, the player will get a message on their Steam inviting them to your game. They just need to accept, and they’ll join you.
It’s also worth noting, you can invite players from the pause menu of Schedule 1. To do that, just follow the same steps as above. Press ESC, click the plus on the top right, and add their code or click on your friend. They’ll be able to join you.

All Schedule 1 platforms
Before diving into the game’s co-op mode, it’s important to know what platforms you can enjoy Schedule 1 on; after all, there’s no point in worrying about inviting a friend if they can’t actually play the game.
Unfortunately for console players, Schedule 1 is currently a PC exclusive, or more specifically, a Steam exclusive. As such, the game isn’t playable on Xbox or PlayStation at this time.
There’s currently no word regarding its arrival on console, as it hasn’t been detailed by the developers in the roadmap.
So, that’s all you need to know about Schedule 1’s platforms and all about its co-op features. While diving into the adventure with a friend, be sure to check out how to drop items or how many players are already building their empire.
