Schedule 1 has taken the gaming world by storm at an unprecedented speed – but it’s only natural you’d want to look at what lies ahead for this drug lord sim game.

Australian developer Tyler from TVGS has an exciting roadmap planned for the game, packed with monthly updates that will enhance the player experience.

Here’s everything planned for upcoming monthly updates to Schedule 1 in 2025 and beyond.

Upcoming content for Schedule 1

Schedule 1 substances

The next update for Schedule 1 is planned for the first weekend of April. Developer TVGS announced through Steam that he would be dropping new content into the game on the latest patch notes. Though it’s not clear what new content is coming yet, we can expect it to be one of the following promised additions:

Shrooms, heroin & new drug types

You will soon be able to get involved with a variety of new products, including shrooms, MDMA, heroin, and different forms of existing products like weed, cocaine, and meth. You’ll even be able to manufacture things like weed edibles or cocaine rocks.

Fishing and weather

A classic fishing minigame is coming soon, with the ability to catch rare items like gold bars or bricks of cocaine. Plus, weather will play a role in the game, with clear skies, overcast, rain, and even lightning storms – each bringing its own dynamic elements like NPCs carrying umbrellas or puddles forming on the ground.

Property customization

There will be new ways to customize your properties, from wallpapers and lighting to exterior paint for more privacy and security. Renovations will make your space truly your own.

Schedule 1 police

Cartel interactions

You’ll need to prepare for some action-packed encounters as cartel members will be able to interrupt your sales, ambush you, or even attack your properties. You’ll also be able to steal supplies from cartel meetups, adding an extra layer of excitement to your drug-dealing ventures.
