Best Jane Doe Zenless Zone Zero build: W-Engine, Drive Disc, & team comp

A screenshot of Jane Doe from her official trailer

Jane Doe is an S-rank Physical Anomaly unit in Zenless Zone Zero and she is one of the strongest characters for all forms of end-game content.

Jane is quite an interesting character as she can play both as a rotational DPS as well as an on-field unit. However, she is also a level-dependent character, in which the more levels you have, the stronger she becomes.

This is primarily because she is an Anomaly unit that scales similarly to Break Effect in Honkai Star Rail and Elemental Mastery in Genshin Impact. This also means Jane does not rely on upgrading her skills which saves up the amount of Dennies you usually have to spend.

If you are interested in Jane Doe and looking to get her before her banner is gone, here is the best build for her featuring W-Engines, Drive Disc, and team comps to get you going.

Jane Doe element

Jane Doe is a Physical unit in Zenless Zone Zero.

If you deal Physical DMG to enemies, you can trigger the Assault and Flinch effects on enemies through Physical Anomaly buildup. Assault helps you interrupt enemies and deal massive Physical DMG.

Flinch helps to increase the Daze on the target for a long period of time. In other words, you can Stun the enemy once the Daze bar is filled.

Jane Doe is swift with her attacks which means the aforementioned effects can be triggered pretty quickly. This way, you’ll be able to deal massive amounts of damage in a short period of time and see really big numbers.

Best Jane Doe team comp

The best units to pair alongside Jane Doe in Zenless Zone Zero are Seth Lowell and Grace. In this team, Seth functions as an off-field support who inflicts a 20% Anomaly RES shred on enemies which further enhances Jane’s damage.

Seth is the best unit to pair alongside Jane in Zenless Zone Zero.

Grace can inflict shock on enemies and does not need to stay on the field. As such, Jane can spend more time upfront while cutting through enemies in style.

However, if you are looking for a Stun team, you can go with Qingyi instead of Grace and that works marvelously as well. Qingyi can stun enemies and open them up for Jane to unleash her deadly attacks while Seth will continue to shred the enemy resistance to Anomay.
