Innersloth/HoYoverseHoYoverse and Innersloth have announced a new crossover that brings Genshin Impact’s mascot, Paimon, to Among Us as a limited-time cosmetic.
Among Us has become known for its high-profile collaborations since its surge in popularity in 2020. Players have previously suited up with Halo’s Spartan armor, Ratchet & Clank outfits on PlayStation, and cosmetics inspired by Netflix’s Arcane series and the Scream movie franchise.
However, the latest crossover brings Genshin Impact’s mascot Paimon into the mix. On September 8, HoYoverse and Innersloth confirmed that all Among Us players can claim a free Paimon bundle simply by logging in.
Genshin Impact x Among Us collab features
Before you go and cash in, it’s important to note that this collab will only last from September 10 to October 10, so be sure to grab the bundle before October 10.
The bundle itself contains the following:
- Paimon Wig
- Full costume
- Crest of the Best Travel Companion nameplate
Once you collect it, the cosmetics will remain unlocked permanently, allowing players to use their deduction skills or go on a murderous rampage as Genshin’s pint-sized companion.
Among Us devs, Innersloth, joked that one of the Crewmates had become “obsessed with playing Genshin Impact between tasks,” and to satisfy those “Paimon-ial needs,” the developers have rolled out the themed items.
HoYoverseTo claim the free Genshin Impact x Among Us Paimon cosmetic, you just need to open the game from September 10 at 17:00 UTC to October 10 at 17:00 UTC. If you log in to Among Us during these dates, the Paimon cosmetic will be added to your inventory.
At the same time, Genshin Impact is launching its Version Luna I update and hosting anniversary celebrations. HoYoverse is also giving players the choice of one five-star character, 1,600 Primogems, and upgrade materials to raise the character to level 60.
