However, it’s also unleashed plenty of speculation and predictions, with some fans insisting there’s another character present that hasn’t been highlighted yet.
The second GTA 6 trailer brought a brand new look into the upcoming game, with various new locations (a lot of which are based on real-life places), tons of exciting activities, vehicles, and of course, characters all making an appearance.
However, it also introduced a ton of Easter Eggs and room for speculation. In fact, players are convinced that there’s one more character in the trailer that hasn’t been discussed — Lucia’s brother.

During the trailer, we cut to a bar with Jason, Lucia, and Cal all celebrating. On the far left of the shot, there’s a man with curly hair smiling, embraced by an older woman.
In the same trailer, that same man is shown taking a selfie with Jason and Lucia in a nightclub, to which players have instantly made the assumption that this is the same man.
On top of this, many fans are now convinced that this is someone related to either Jason or Lucia. Naturally, given the emphasis on “family” in Lucia’s background, it stands to reason that this could be her brother.
“Ok, I will call it now, he is Lucia’s brother, and the lady on his side in the first image is their mother, who also follows dancing Lucia and Jason in the trailer scene, when they leave the bar after the shots.” This theory was quickly shared on the GTA 6 Reddit, sparking other comments from the community.

“I think the girl might be Lucia’s sister and the dude might be related to Jason, maybe his brother or best friend, the woman looks too young to be Lucia’s mother, and she seems to be pregnant too,” added another player, insisting that it’s certainly a relation of the two.
Currently, we only have details on eight of the game’s characters, but considering the immense detail throughout the trailer, it’s certainly no coincidence to see the same character twice. We’ll have to wait for another trailer or the full release to work out if they’re an NPC or a fully fledged character.
