Wild GTA 6 discovery reveals major character has a connection to Trevor Phillips

Trevor in GTA 6's vice city

An eagle-eyed GTA 6 fan has made an incredible new discovery that links one of the game’s new characters to Trevor Phillips from GTA 5.

On May 6, Rockstar Games finally revealed the second trailer for GTA 6 and revealed a ton of details about new characters and locations spread throughout Leonida, the game’s version of Florida.

Among those details were a series of screenshots showcasing major characters like Jason, Lucia, Raul Bautista, Brian Heder and two social media darlings known as Real Dimez.

The duo consists of Bae-Luxe and Roxy. The GTA 6 website describes them as “girls with the savvy to turn their time shaking down local dealers into cold, hard cash via spicy rap tracks and a relentless social media presence.”

Well, months after the trailer went live and screenshots were released, one fan made quite an interesting discovery when checking out Bae-Luxe’s tattoos.

As spotted by user ‘rooohhan’ on Reddit, a tattoo on one of Bae-Luxe’s thighs looks an awful lot like Trevor’s teddy bear Mr. Raspberry Jam.

The tattoo resembles Trevor’s stuffed animal before it’s mutilated and possibly destroyed, depending on what ending you choose.

Given how ridiculously hard to spot this reference was, it’s not surprising that it took this long to find. Complicating matters is the fact that a piece of artwork for Real Dimez doesn’t appear to show the teddy bear tattoo, but it could be covered by part of her clothing.

This could be a cheeky Easter Egg by Rockstar or it could mean something more, such as a possible storyline involving the beloved GTA 5 character. After all, this discovery begs the question: exactly why would Bae-Luxe have a tattoo of Trevor’s teddy bear?

However, Steven Ogg, the actor behind Trevor, hasn’t expressed any excitement at all for GTA 6, even going as far as claiming VI makes him “feel nothing inside.”

Interestingly, this isn’t the first time a tattoo has sparked intrigue from the GTA community. The character Cal Hampton was spotted to have what looks to be a tattoo featuring a villain from Manhunt, another Rockstar title.

Hampton was noted to have art of the pig head-wearing cannibalistic mass murderer Piggsy, raising theories about the Manhunt character appearing in VI.

In any case, we won’t have long to wait and find out if these theories are true. GTA 6 is scheduled to finally release on May 26, 2026.
