BlizzardOne bugged Overwatch 2 perk makes one of the most underrated tanks in the game nearly unkillable, turning her into an even stronger force to be reckoned with.
Junker Queen is already one of the most underrated characters in the game, especially with the addition of Perks that make her stronger than people perceive her to be. With high self-sustain, solid movement, and a very strong ultimate, she’s a major threat.
However, with one major bug making the rounds in high-level Overwatch play, she’s even stronger, as this bug makes many of her matchups much better by allowing her to become unkillable, thanks to an interaction between the Perk and her self-healing.
Junker Queen’s healing is off the charts
Junker Queen’s Savage Satiation perk grants her 100% lifesteal on her Carnage impact ability, adding onto heals she already gets from her passive and bleed damage. However, one bug also allows Junker Queen to gain lifesteal from shields and deployables, which means she doesn’t need to strike a champion to gain tons of healing.
As demonstrated by top player Romani, Junker Queen can even heal to near full health by using Carnage against a Mei wall. According to Romani, this bug also works on deployables such as Torbjorn turret, and even shields like Reinhardt’s shield.
Supposedly, this bug carries over to other lifesteal Perks in the game as well, so the bug itself isn’t necessarily unique to Junker Queen. However, as she gains 100% lifesteal from Carnage, this can make her unkillable certain matchups where there are plenty of buildables or shields to sustain from, making her one of the strongest users of this bug.
This even works on NPCs, such as the Omnics on the canal on Rialto.
Bugs from the initial iteration of Perks are unsurprising, but this does make her a sustaining monster and is definitely something that needs fixing. Combine this with some of Junker Queen’s other strongest perks, and you’ll likely dominate the ladder if you can utilize this trick correctly.
