Palworld has just announced its new spin-off title that allows you to build your own cozy farm. This arrived just days following Nintendo’s similar Pokopia reveal.

The long-standing beef between Palworld and Nintendo has been no secret. Launched in January 2024, Palworld quickly took the world by storm with its quirky mix of monster-catching and survival mechanics, with many fans dubbing the title “Pokémon with guns.”

Despite its early access status, the reception of the game was mostly positive. But the success inevitably caught Nintendo’s attention, leading to an ongoing lawsuit that forced developers to adjust parts of the game.

Still, the legal battle hasn’t slowed them down. In fact, Pocketpair is now branching out with a new cozy spin-off set in the Palworld universe, just days after Nintendo revealed Pokopia which looks incredibly similar.

Palworld is getting a cozy farming sim spin-off called “Palfarm”

Palfarm is an upcoming Palworld spin-off that’s currently in the works by a new team, according to the official Palworld account on X.

The trailer shows Cattiva, one of the Pals, who is yearning for a cozy farm life. Determined to pay off their debt, they set out to head outside.

Visually, the game resembles Palworld, but its focus is on a slower-paced life. Players can farm, fish, chat with Pals, and even catch them just like in the original, alongside other cozy-sim staples.

Interestingly, the Black Marketeer also makes his appearance here. Known for selling rare items in Palworld, the shady NPC returns to Palfarm, but of course, much like the original title, buying from his “forbidden” business comes with consequences.

According to its Steam page, the game also supports multiplayer, so you can play with your friends to build a farm together.
