Repeat.gg launches Season 20 Rocket League Tournaments with cash prizes and in-game rewards

Rocket League Season 20 is kicking off with a bang from Repeat, as they launch new tournaments and bring back the fan-favorite Carry Team Invitational (CTI) event this September.

Players around the world can win in-game rewards, cash prizes, and even a shot at teaming up with professionals in a live broadcast event happening on September 27 at 1pm ET and September 28 at 1pm ET.

Daily Season 20 tournaments

From September 4 to 29, Repeat will host daily Rocket League tournaments across multiple game modes, including Ranked 3v3, Ranked 2v2, Hoops, Dropshot, Rumble, and Snow Day.

Every participant in these daily leaderboards will receive guaranteed in-game Deluxe Drops, while the top 40% of players will also earn cash payouts.

As part of the Season 20 celebrations, Repeat is also running a $5,000 leaderboard event. The top 1,000 players will each receive 5x Deluxe Drops, with every other competitor still earning 1x Deluxe Drop.

CTI qualifiers and main event

Registration for the Carry Team Invitational qualifiers runs from September 16 to 25. Two leaderboards, one each for North America and Europe, will send four players per region into the CTI main event. All participants in these qualifiers will receive Deluxe Drops, with the top 40% also earning cash payouts.

The broadcast finals will then take place on September 27 at 1pm ET for North America and September 28 at 1pm ET for Europe.

Each region will feature six invited professional players and creators, who will be paired with four qualifier winners and two fans selected live from Twitch chat during the broadcast. All six amateurs will be selected at complete random.

Cash bounties and pro showmatches

The Carry Team Invitational introduces a unique bounty-format where players can earn real money for in-game actions like goals, saves, and demos. In the show match finale, winning pros and their amateur teammates will split doubled bounty earnings, creating multiple paths to prizes.
