Influencer Ashton Hall has dropped another ‘morning routine’ video after addressing some of the viral memes and jokes about his last one.
If you’ve been on social media in the last few days, it has been impossible to avoid Ashton Hall’s morning routine. The former college football running back, who is now an influencer, went viral for claiming he wakes up at 3 AM to get a set of skin care and athletic routines in before actually starting his working day at 9 AM.
The internet has roundly mocked Hall’s routines, the water he uses, and the fact he apparently dunks his head in a bowl of ice water to wake himself up.
Hall hit back at the jokes, saying: “You’re either going to be a leader or a follower, and it’s okay to be either one, but you have to choose. If you’re going to be a leader, people are going to follow you.”

Since clapping back at some of the jokes, he’s released another video of a similar morning routine. That includes the same waking up at 3 AM, doing a small workout at home, going for a steam, and then going for another workout in public.
In it, the influencer also flicked through some of the memes that have popped up about him, including showing off the fact it even made it onto Drake’s radar. Oh, and he dunked his head in the bowl of water while wearing a suit.

Of course, Hall signed it off with his classic line of “You made your first 10,000, congratulations, you got to do at least 20 bro.”
The TikTok post has already racked up over 3 million views, with plenty of comments still mocking Hall for his routine.
“He’s like a cute lil toddler with his mummy taking care of him while he plays w his toys,” one said. “Bro spends all day getting ready for the day,” another added.
