FX/HuluAlien: Earth Episode 6 will return to Prodigy’s island base, and going by the trailer, all hell is about to break loose – and one character will meet their untimely fate with a Facehugger.
Episode 5 has been (rightly) hailed as one of the best episodes of the new Alien series – if not one of the greatest entries in the overall franchise.
It explored the grisly, terrifying truth of what went down on the USS Maginot before it crashed, whether it’s the “eye midge” assuming bloody control of the crew or Bear (the show’s Xenomorph) tearing people to pieces.
Next week, the story will continue on Earth, and it looks like at least one creature is going to break free.
Arthur could be in trouble in Alien: Earth Episode 6
Episode 6, titled ‘The Fly’, looks set to dig into Wendy’s connection to the extraterrestrial creatures, with Prodigy’s Atom Eins pressuring Dame Sylvia to push ahead, despite the risks.
“They’re experiments to him,” Wendy tells Dame. “That’s what we do, we study,” Dame responds, and Wendy says: “Like you study us.”
It’s clear she’s developing an attachment to the aliens, to the point that her brother raises the possibility of leaving, and she tells him, “What if I don’t want to go?”
As for Arthur, Dame’s husband and a fellow scientist at Prodigy, things may be about to go downhill for him. He’s already in Boy Kevalier’s bad books after a disagreement about Wendy, but what his boss thinks about him should be the least of his concerns… especially if there’s a Facehugger skittering around.

To be clear, it hasn’t been confirmed that it’s Arthur who gets attacked by the Facehugger. But if you pause the trailer, it looks like him, and he’s more likely to be hanging around the specimens than others on the base (excluding the hybrids and Kirsh, who aren’t of any interest to the Facehuggers).
“Well Dr. Stressed out gets a facehug it seems,” one comment reads. “I feel like it might be Arthur Sylvia,” another predicted.
