You might be wondering why All American Season 7 Episode 10 has been a no-show, but thankfully, its release date is finally back on track.

Even before Season 7 of the binge-worthy TV show dropped, it’s been shrouded in chaos. A “cast exodus” saw many cast members demoted from being series regulars, with lead Daniel Ezra bailing out before Season 7 even took shape.

We’re now nine episodes in, and its fan ratings are starting to take a dip. The most recent episode is currently middling at 5.6 on IMDb, falling from a season average of 8.1. Ratings aren’t always the end of the world, but the series has another problem.

Now, here’s where things get confusing – there’s no official reason why Episode 10 wasn’t broadcast at usual weekly timing of April 7. While rival broadcasters like CBS have kept their hit shows on hiatus to allow for March Madness coverage, The CW has kept things a lot more under the radar.

Nevertheless, fans are now able to pick up where they left off. Titled ‘Tackling Problems,’ the episode will follow Cassius deciding to bench his starters, while KJ fights for their right to play.

“The Eagles are nearing a record as the last game of the season approaches. When Cassius decides to bench his starters, KJ fights for their right to play. Amina returns from Baltimore, and she’s determined to save Khalil from the threats he’s facing. Khalil finally turns to Coop for help,” the full synopsis reads.

“Elsewhere, Layla helps Breonna and Coop find their way. Meanwhile, KJ and Tori’s relationship reaches a turning point, and Amina is surprised by Khalil’s actions. Lastly, Cassius and KJ get an unexpected visit.”

Season 7 Episode 9 saw the return of Ezra, but it’s unclear if his character Spencer is coming back to the show on a full-time basis. Neither Ezra nor The CW has commented on this, keeping the drama firmly focused on the Beverly Hills High football team.

After Episode 10, only three episodes are left before the season finale. Season 8 has not yet been renewed by the network.
