Channel 5He Said, She Said: Blake Lively vs Justin Baldoni is a new documentary diving into the It Ends With Us case, and while it’s set to drop in the US at the end of March, there’s a simple way to watch it right now.
The controversy began in August 2024, when the movie adaptation of Colleen Hoover’s book dropped and rumors started circulating about a fallout between director Baldoni and lead star Lively. No one could have predicted the social media storm that followed.
By January 2025, both parties had filed lawsuits against each other. Lively accuses Baldoni of sexual harassment on the It Ends With Us set, but Baldoni alleges Lively and her husband Ryan Reynolds hijacked the movie and tried to end his career.
In between that, “uncomfortable” interviews have surfaced, Taylor Swift has been dragged into the situation, and new lawsuits have been filed. All of this and more is explored in the new documentary from ITN Productions.

He Said, She Said: Blake Lively vs Justin Baldoni is available for streaming on-demand on Channel 5 right now. Although it’s a UK-based platform, viewers in the US and elsewhere can access it by using a VPN.
Since Channel 5 is free to use with ads, all you have to do is set your VPN to a UK location, sign up for a free account on the network’s website, and stream away.
Alternatively, you can wait for it to land in the US. ID and Max have acquired the rights for the new documentary, which will air on the network and streaming service on March 31, 2025.
While He Said, She Said has a 90-minute runtime including ads, ID and Max’s version has been condensed to 60 minutes, and has been renamed to In Dispute: Lively v Baldoni.
The reason for this is the transatlantic production, as the documentary special is executive produced for ITN Productions by Mike Griffiths in London and Bruce Kennedy in New York.

“It feels really pertinent for us as a channel to be making this film within the context of ‘#Me too’. We’re very happy to be working with ITN on this UK feature-length version.”

Much like the Depp v Heard docu-series, He Said, She Said: Blake Lively vs Justin Baldoni looks at both sides of the case and tracks what happened in the runup to their lawsuits.
Channel 5As stated by the official synopsis, “The special will examine the legal complaint brought against Justin Baldoni by Blake Lively, alleging he engaged in sexual misconduct on the set of his film, It Ends With Us, and hired a PR firm to engage in an online smear campaign against her to keep her quiet.
“Baldoni denies the allegations and has responded with a $400m countersuit, accusing her of defamation. With the trial set for March 2026, the special will examine the evidence on both sides and the response to the dispute on social media.”
If you’ve been following the case from the start, He Said, She Said doesn’t offer anything particularly new in terms of additional claims or revelations. However, it does speak with industry experts, who break down various details to provide a stronger understanding of what happened.
It also interviews Kjersti Flaa, the junket reporter whose “uncomfortable” interview with Lively went viral as the It Ends With Us drama was unfolding.
Although she was accused of releasing the video as part of Baldoni’s alleged smear campaign, Flaa breaks her silence, describing the theory as “ridiculous.”
“There have been a lot of conspiracy theories around my interview, and everyone was like, ‘The timing, why did you post it at that time?’” she says.
“And the thing is I don’t have a really amazing answer for it. It was just that I watched the movie, and I was like, ‘I didn’t really like it that much.’”
