The live comedy podcast ended its 12-year streak of YouTube episodes by debuting its first special on the streaming service earlier this month. Here’s the basic format – amateur comedians have a chance to show what they’re capable of in one-minute sets. They’re then interviewed (and often roasted) by guests, typically famous comedians, in unfiltered segments.
On YouTube, 700 episodes are there for the taking, but now the team is taking on binge-worthy TV. Kill or Be Killed is the special you can currently watch, promising stand-up “at its most unforgiving and unpredictable.”
But Netflix promised specials, plural. So where is Kill Tony Episode 2, and when can we expect to be able to watch it?
Kill Tony Episode 2 doesn’t technically exist
If we’re being really technical here, Kill Tony Episode 2 doesn’t exist, and nor will it. Instead, we’re looking at two more specials making up a trilogy – and we’ve got no idea when the next one is coming.
This is likely because the special hasn’t even been filmed yet. Kill or Be Killed was filmed at The Comedy Mothership in Austin, Texas, airing on the streamer on April 7 in a quick turnaround.
NetflixWhile they wait, fans have been trying to guess where the next filmed special will take place. “My guess is one of the Nashville shows,” one posted on Reddit. “The next MSG would make most sense, but I don’t know how spread out the specials are supposed to be.”

A second weighed in, “I assume maybe one more club episode, Nashville or London arena will be one. A standup by Tony and killers. All just my guess,” with a third adding, “Nashville was confirmed to be coming to YouTube but could be London.”
Take a look at Kill Tony’s live calendar – which you can still get tickets for – and there’s plenty of locations to choose from. The group has multiple shows scheduled across the US, with the show arriving in London on June 7, 2025.
Kill Tony specials Netflix release schedule
As it stands, neither Netflix nor the group has confirmed where filming will take place next. The official line remains, “More details, including guest lineups and premiere dates, will be announced at a later date.”
NetflixThis means the only confirmed Kill Tony release is the one currently available to stream, having dropped on Netflix on April 7, 2025.
Two more are guaranteed, however. Logic tells us they will be released at different points throughout 2025, meaning we’re likely going to be waiting for a few months in between them.
