Peacemaker features bonus scenes at the end of every episode, so here’s what happens post-credits in the superhero show, including Red describing the taste of eagle droppings at the end of Episode 4.
Peacemaker Season 2 is now airing on HBO Max, though there’s also a sneaky way to watch the series for free.
You need to do your homework however, as while James Gunn claims it isn’t a multiverse story, the show nevertheless connects to an animated series, as well as two DC movies.
We’ve already seen the first five episodes, and wrote in our Peacemaker Season 2 review that it “tells a touching tale which lacks the potentially world-ending stakes of its predecessor, but makes up for that with an emotionally charged story that acts as the DCU’s answer to Sliding Doors.”
Every Peacemaker Season 2 post-credits scene explained
We’re going to detail what happens in each of the eight post-credits scenes when they drop, so SPOILERS ahead. Though the sequences in question are less concerned with story and more extended gags from earlier in the episodes, so those spoilers will be limited.

EPISODE 1 – Peacemaker vs 30 Seconds to Mars
Midway through Episode 1, Christopher Smith meets with Emilia Harcourt, and the pair trash-talk Jared Leto’s band 30 Seconds to Mars. At the end of the episode, we see a longer version of this conversation.
“You can’t be looping Spin Doctors in with 30 Seconds to Mars,” says Harcourt. “Spin Doctors are so good.”
Chris Smith responds with “Anybody’s better than 30 Seconds to Mars. That garage band I was in for two seconds is better than 30 Seconds to Mars.”

Harsh but fair from Peacemaker, and a joke that probably confirms we won’t be seeing Jared Leto’s Joker in James Gunn’s DCU.
EPISODE 2 – The Peppermint Twins
Peacemaker Season 2 features a slightly more mature Christopher Smith, so a new character has been introduced to bring the childish insults, and that’s Langston Fleury (Tim Meadows).
In Episode 2, he’s paired with Economos on a surveillance mission, and their interactions are some of the funniest in the season, and source of this week’s post-credits scene.

It’s a longer version of the back-and-forth where Fleury claims he didn’t have time to learn “Pokemen” grammar, because he has “two hot b*tches” sucking his d*ck.
In this extended take, Economos clearly doesn’t believe him, so starts firing questions at Langston about that interaction.
Economos: What did they look like?
Fleury: One was blond, one was bald.
Economos: Why was she bald?
[No answer]
Economos: What were their names?
Fleruy: Gertrude, Francine. The Peppermint Twins. I’ll never forget.
Economos: Yeah, where was this?
Fleury: In Portland, Oregon.
And that details seems to convince Economos, who asks if they were “real hot?” to which Fleury concludes the conversation with “super hot.”
EPISODE 3 – Bath Fun

In Episode 3, after a heavy night of drinking. John Economos sleeps in a bath. The next morning he wakes up trouser-less, and asks “What happened to my pants?” to which Vigilante responds: “I washed and folded them and put them on the counter.”
In the post-credits scene, we witness that happen, with Adrian Chase gently removing John’s jeans, telling him to “sleep well” as Economos snores, then giving him a delicate kiss on the head.
EPISODE 4 – Food for Though

After the Episode 4 credits roll, we get a really funny scene in which John Economos becomes increasingly disgusted with Red’s description of the eagle droppings he’s eating.
“Four days old,” Red says of the excrement. “Hints of cold cuts and potato chips. I get hints of peppermint. Spam. Twizzlers. M&Ms… Protein Powder. Woah, woah, woah – tikka massala… lima beans, Pad Thai, A5 wagyu.”
Ecoonomos says “He ate all that since his f*cking last sh*t?” while Red continues with “beluga caviar.”
“There’s no fucking way you know what beluga caviar tastes like,” says Ecomonos, and Red ends the scene by stating: “Oh my god, that eagle eats better than I do!”
