What time is Wednesday Season 2 Part 2 out on Netflix?

Wednesday towering over an orb.

Wednesday Season 2 Part 1 launched less than a month ago, but Part 2 is well on its way – here’s when and where to watch.

Following what seemed like an eternity between seasons, Wednesday Season 2 Part 1 dropped on August 6, 2025, to middling reviews.

We awarded the initial block of episodes two stars, and wrote in our Wednesday review that “with tighter writing and a clearer tone, this could’ve been a solid movie. Instead, it’s a series that’s far too high on its own supply, trying so hard to mimic its early success that the show loses itself in the process.”

But it was only half a season, so there’s a chance that Wednesday can turn it round during Part 2 of Season 2, particularly as it heralds the arrival of Lady Gaga’s Rosaline Rotwood.

Wednesday in Wednesday Season 2

Wednesday Season 2 Part 2 arrives on Netflix on September 3, 2025 at 12am PT / 3am PT. Which of course is a Wednesday. We’ve listed other timezones for you below:

  • 4am Brazil
  • 8am UK
  • 9am Central European Summer Time
  • 12:30pm India Standard Time
  • 5pm Australia
  • 7pm New Zealand

Creators and showrunners Alfred Gough and Miles Millar said the season split wasn’t their idea, but rather came from Netflix.

They rose to the creative challenge, however, with Gough telling Forbes, “What it allowed us to do – which is something we wanted to do anyway – was change up the storytelling mystery.

“You can’t find out till the end of the eighth episode whodunnit. We wanted it to feel complete in the first four. So, you have that and then it leads into something bigger. As you’ll see in the end, all the cats are out of the bag.”

What to expect from Season 2 Part 2

Part 1 ended with Wednesday being thrown from a window by Tyler and possibly now dead. Though we know from the Part 2 trailer that she wakes up in a hospital with former principal Larissa Weems by her side.

Weems herself is dead, of course, but during this half of the season acts as a spectral guide for Wednesday, as she endeavors to save the life of best friend Enid.

Elsewhere, expect more cryptic visions and shifting truces, as well as a healthy dose of chaos thanks to the release of the Outcasts.

More Addams Family secrets should also be bubbling to the surface, potentially connected to Rosaline Rotwood, an enigmatic teacher played by Lady Gaga.

Rotwood is heard speaking the line “beware there will be a price to pay” in that aforementioned trailer, so there’s also every chance that Part 2 of Season 2 will feature a major death…

Will there be a Wednesday Season 3?

Yes, there will be a Wednesday Season 3, with Netflix making an official announcement on August 20, 2025, in advance of Season 2 Part 2.

As for what to expect, Gough said in a statement: “Our goal for Season 3 is the same as it is for every season: to make it the best season of Wednesday we possibly can. We want to continue digging deeper into our characters while expanding the world of Nevermore and Wednesday.”

Millar added: “We will be seeing more Addams Family members and learning more family secrets in Season 3!”
