Kai Cenat hit out at some fans for being “weird” and calling the police on him, Ray, and Rakai during a livestream on April 13.
Without viewers, Twitch streamers and creators don’t have an outlet for their content. However, while some viewers just enjoy playing a role in chat, others want to get a bit more involved and try to make themselves the star of the show.
This typically happens during IRL (in-real-life) streams where they can stream snipe and show their face to get an actual shoutout. However, there are times when it goes further than that. Streamers have regularly had police called on them and gotten in trouble with restaurants as false threats have been called in, among other things.
Kai Cenat has had trouble during his IRL streams before, most notably when he went up to New York. The AMP star was fined for starting a riot as fans wanted to try to meet him, as well as get a PS5.
Kai Cenat hits out at fans calling police
During his April 13 stream, the Twitch star had been hanging out with his friends Rakai and Ray when police were called in due to an apparent “fist fight.”
Upon being stopped and told this by officers, Kai immediately hit out at his viewers. “Somebody called and said it was a fist fight? Oh no, no fist fight. F**king dumbasses. I hate viewers,” he said.
“Y’all are so weird, stop being weird. Stop being weird. Stop being weird chat. Stop being weird bro.”
Kai was surprised by the fact that they’d been met by two squad cars from the police. However, the interaction didn’t ruin their stream as they were allowed to move on without much issue.
In fact, the police even told him to “keep up the videos” as they were leaving the streamers alone. “I got cop motion!” Kai said, surprised by the praise.
