Twitch streamer ‘Sodakite’ says her stalker is contacting her from prison, where he’s serving a life sentence for brutally murdering his own mother and dumping her body in a sewer.
In October 2022, Travis J. Lewton choked his 71-year-old mother to death after she came home from a shift at work in Toledo, Ohio.
After killing her, he stuffed her body inside a sewer pipe in a ravine behind their home and set it on fire in an attempt to destroy any evidence.
Court documents say that Lewton had been “thinking about killing his mother for about a week,” as per reports from local news outlets.
In October 2023, he was sentenced to life in prison without parole on charges of premeditated murder and abuse of a corpse — but despite being behind bars, Lewton has found a way to terrorize another woman.
Stalker jailed for murder harasses Twitch streamer from prison
In April 2025, Twitch streamer ‘Sodakite’ revealed that she’s been stalked by Lewton for a number of years, and he’s continuing to harass her from jail.
In a GTA V RP stream with her partner and fellow broadcaster Penta, Sodakite said that Lewton has been emailing her since 2019, stopping in 2021 — after which he murdered his mother and subsequently went to prison.
“He tried once in 2024, and he just tried again,” Sodakite explained. “…it’s really scary.”
As per the conversation between Soda and Penta, the email Lewton had most recently sent her involved a lot of talk about “socks” and a “ton of attachments.”

“These titles are insane,” Penta remarked after viewing Soda’s inbox, and showed a screenshot of the emails Lewton had sent her, which included subject lines like “wool socks,” “Stretch or you’ll pull a hammy” and “Body piercing,” as well as a request to join an app that connects inmates with friends and family members on the outside.

“He would send me really weird photos,” Soda laughed. “…he probably didn’t even subscribe.”
While Sodakite was able to find humor in the frightening situation, Lewton’s harassment is just one of many such incidents of female streamers getting stalked, threatened, and even physically harmed by viewers.
In March 2025, for instance, Twitch streamer Amouranth was beaten by masked thieves who broke into her home in an attempt to steal her crypto wallet, while broadcasters Emiru, Cinna and Valkyrae were attacked by a male viewer who threatened to “kill” them after Emiru refused to give him her phone number.
