NA Valorant Challengers: Playoffs bracket, results, schedule and stream

Tier-two North American Valorant is heating up as the Challengers League is entering the playoff stage. Here is everything you need to know about the tournament.

With the VCT Americas league limited to five NA-based organizations, several elite-level Valorant players were left out in the cold, unable to find opportunities in the region’s top competition. They turned their attention to the Challengers League with hopes of securing promotion to Riot Games’ partner league.

Twelve North American teams are competing in the Challengers League, which is organized by Knights Arena. After a long and intense season spanning two splits, a mid-season event, and the playoff stage, two teams will progress to the Americas Ascension tournament, where they will be joined by Brazilian and LATAM sides.

We are now down to the final eight teams in the Challengers League, who will compete in a double-elimination bracket. The seeding was determined by the number of circuit points determined throughout the season, with the bottom four teams eliminated.

Turtle Troop, Disguised, OR Esports and MAD Lions are the four teams out of the running for the NA Challengers trophy after finishing at the bottom of the circuit standings. Despite the high-profile addition of Jaccob ‘yay’ Whiteaker, Jeremy ‘Disguised Toast’ Wang’s team went 0-5 in Split 2 and finished the season ten points adrift of the qualification zone.

NA Valorant Challengers: Teams

The Valorant Challengers League features 12 teams, half of which were directly invited by Riot Games. The remaining six participants were determined by a grueling open qualifier system with two 256-team brackets.

Some of the teams have made roster changes since the end of Split 1 and the Mid-Season Face Off. Disguised have notably signed former OpTic and Cloud9 star Jaccob ‘yay’ Whiteaker, while MAD Lions are yet to announce their last two players after letting go of Anthony ‘ZexRow’ Colandro and Taylor ‘drone’ Johnson.
