Valorant’s update 11.06 is here, with the long-awaited replay system finally going live. So, let’s get into the patch notes.
The summer of 2025 has been a big one for Valorant. Riot Games’ 5-on-5 tactical shooter celebrated it’s fifth anniversary with a switch to Unreal Engine 5, updates to the roster of Agents, map pool changes, and promises of cracking down on bots and AFK dodgers.
Valorant’s most recent update, patch 11.05, revealed increased penalties for those players who repeatedly AFK and dodge queues.
Well, with patch 11.06 now dropping, Riot has expanded on that a little bit, revealing that 40,000 bot accounts have been banned in the last six months. Oh, and the sought-after replay system is finally live in-game too.
Valorant’s replay system is finally live
That’s right, the big things of note in the 11.06 update is the crackdown on bots and the fact that replays are finally live.
Replays are available in Competitive, Unrated, Swiftplay, and Premier. However, you will only be able to rewind on games you actually played in.
Unlike Counter-Strike, you won’t be able to watch a friend’s replay or study a professional player in-game. You’ll still have to use YouTube or Twitch for that.
As noted, the other big announcement from Riot here is that 40,000 bot accounts have been struck down. “We hope you see less of them in your games!” they said.
