Carry Forward explained

The Carry Forward feature returns in Call of Duty: Black Ops 7, bringing some of your unlocks and purchases from Black Ops 6 to 2025’s release.
What is Carry Forward?
Carry Forward is a system in which the weapons, Operators, Blueprints, camos, and player cosmetics, such as Calling Cards and Emblems, are carried over from the previous game. It was first introduced in 2023’s Modern Warfare 3, where content from Modern Warfare 2 was transferred over.
This meant that all MW2 weapons and Operators could be used in MW3’s multiplayer and Zombies modes. While the feature is coming to Black Ops 7, only a few things carry over.

How Carry Forward works in Black Ops 7
In Black Ops 7, all Double XP Tokens and Gobblegums you’ve earned in Black Ops 6 and Warzone will be there for you at launch on November 14, making leveling up your Player Rank and Weapons much quicker and easier.
Originally, Black Ops 6’s weapons and skins were planned to be ported over as well, but the devs rolled back the decision and opted not to after community backlash. However, the four Zombies Main Quest Operator skins and the “New Orders” Prestige Level 1000 Operator skin will be in Black Ops 7 at launch.
On top of that, the Guild Override pre-order bonus camo will also be there to use on Black Ops 7’s weapons at launch.
