EA SPORTS FC 26 introduces a new layer of depth in Manager Career Mode with the addition of ICONs and Heroes. These legendary players let you recreate classic teams or build your ultimate fantasy squad, offering unmatched flexibility in team management.

Here’s how to unlock them and bring football history to your club.

How to unlock ICONs and Heroes in Career

1. Progress Through the Season Pass

• ICONs and Heroes are unlocked by completing specific Objectives across all game modes, including Career Mode, Ultimate Team, and Challenges.
• Progression in the Season Pass is tracked, and new ICONs and Heroes are introduced each season.
• Rewards are tied to Season Pass milestones, so the more you play and complete Objectives, the more legendary players become available.

2. Start a Fresh Career to Use Unlocked ICONs and Heroes

• ICONs and Heroes cannot be added mid-season; they are available only when starting a new Manager Career or Challenge.
• This ensures you can plan your squad from the beginning and integrate these legendary players seamlessly into your tactics and formations.

Icons rotate throughout the new season, but there are three Icons that will be permanent:

• Zlatan Ibrahimovic – ST – 91
• Toni Kroos – CM/CDM/CAM – 90
• Alex Morgan – ST – 91

• Add ICONs and Heroes to your favourite club alongside current stars.
• Experiment with formations, tactical styles, and player combinations.
• This allows for a unique managerial experience each season, with endless possibilities for creativity.

3. Flexibility in Club Management

• When starting a new career, choose between Authentic Club, ICONs & Heroes, or Create Your Club management modes.
• ICONs and Heroes can be applied to any of these modes, giving you complete control over squad construction and tactical planning.
