These kits allow you to give your team a classic look while celebrating football’s iconic moments. Here’s a full guide on how to get them and how to use them.

How to Unlock Retro Kits

Retro kits are primarily earned by completing Live Challenges in Career Mode. These challenges appear throughout the season and come in several types:

1. Midseason Scenarios

Delivered at key points in the season using Live Start Points, these challenges place you in high-stakes situations. Examples include:

• Derby Drama: Manage a team in a crucial derby match, like El Clasico or the North London Derby
• Shock of the Week: Recreate a giant-killing FA Cup result

2. Dynamic Scenarios

These adapt to real-world football events or trends:

• Proactive Scenarios: Play upcoming events, like title deciders or derbies, before they happen
• Reactive Scenarios: Replay recent football events, such as dramatic wins or comebacks

Examples: European Royalty (guide a Champions League play-off team to glory) or Late Scramble (replicate an iconic underdog victory).

3. Historical Achievements

Recreate legendary football moments to earn rewards:

• Invincibles Challenge: Go unbeaten with clubs like Juventus or Bayer Leverkusen
• Treble Triumph: Win the league, domestic cup, and Champions League in a single season with PSG or Manchester City

4. Time-Limited Challenges

Some challenges are only available for a limited period, tied to seasonal or real-world events. Completing these ensures you claim exclusive rewards like holiday-themed or event-specific retro kits.

Tracking and Completing Challenges

• Objectives and Notifications: Each Challenge comes with specific objectives. Notifications alert you when you complete or fail an Objective.
• Challenge Details Screen: Access all parameters, objectives, timeframes, and rewards from the Objectives section in your Office.
• Completion Flow: After finishing a Challenge, you’ll see a completion screen summarising your achievements. Rewards, including retro kits, are granted if all core Objectives are met.

You can continue playing with or without the Challenge settings, share the scenario with friends, or replay it if it’s still active (note: rewards can only be claimed once per Challenge).

   Navigate to Create Your Club or Club Customisation from the Career Mode menu.

   You can set retro kits as your primary home, away, or third kit depending on your preference.
