IShowSpeed was threatened with a “rioting” charge as he and his team were stopped by police during the Dallas stop on his United States streaming tour.
Since the end of August, IShowSpeed has been travelling across the United States, streaming for 24 hours a day and meeting fans along the way. It has been a pretty successful tour for the streaming star.
No matter where he goes, though, crowds of fans follow, which has become a bit of an issue during the Texas leg of his tour. Speed was permanently banned from a mall in Houston over the size of the crowd following him.
During his trip to Dallas, the streaming star was invited to visit a nighttime arcade. Naturally, a massive crowd of fans turned up to see him, prompting Speed’s security to try and whisk him away.
IShowSpeed pulled over by police during Dallas stream
Speed climbed on top of one of his rental crowds so that he show off the size of the crowd, and pull off a ‘Sui’ too. However, as he and his team tried to leave, they were stopped by the police.
“I need to talk to you, man,” a police officer told Speed and his team. “We’re about to file a rioting charge on him if this keeps going on.”
The streamer’s security informed police that they had been invited to appear there and that they were leaving anyway.
The threat also threatened to ruin part of Speed’s plans for his stream. He wanted to stop to show off the Dallas skyline, but his team informed him that police were still lurking.

“We’ve got police following us, trying to keep an eye on us. You’ve got police waiting for you to get out,” one told him. This annoyed Speed, who continued suggesting different ways to get the shot he wanted without annoying the police. However, his team wouldn’t allow it for a few minutes.
Speed did eventually get the shot he wanted, and he even hopped out of the car to meet a young fan of his from Discord.
Fans remained nearby, pulling off donuts in cars and screaming whenever the streamer showed his face. However, the police eventually left them alone.
