A Belgian YouTuber is facing jail time after throwing buckets of feces and other substances at passengers on a Brussels Metro for content.
YouTuber ‘YaNike’ made waves in 2024 after being arrested and charged with assault and battery for his viral poo bucket prank.
Despite his arrest, YaNike followed this video up a few months later with a similar prank in which he made a concoction of oils, beetroot juice, wood and other gunk before dumping the nasty bucket on an unsuspecting man’s head.
Now, the YouTuber could pay a massive price for his behavior as a judge slapped him with a series of charges that could carry some time in the slammer.

According to the Brussels Times, after the YouTuber’s second viral prank video made waves online, police searched him and uncovered a couple of tear gas canisters in his possession.
The outlet reports that a judge charged him with violating imposed conditions, insulting treatment, disorderly conduct, possession of prohibited weapons, voluntary assault and battery, destruction of public property and distributing substances that appear dangerous.

Under Article 398 of the Belgian Criminal Code, a person who willfully commits assault and battery can be punished with imprisonment ranging from eight days to six months and/or a fine of up to €100.
Additionally, prohibited weapons charges could result in one month to five years behind bars and/or fines ranging from €100 to €25,000 for engaging in prohibited activities related to these weapons.
Since being charged, YaNike has been in detention at Haren prison in Brussels, and on March 21, it was decided that his case would go to criminal court. However, his trial date has yet to be announced.
