YouTube star and rapper Yung Filly has been accused of a second sexual assault, this time by Spanish authorities, who have been investigating the popular personality since the summer of 2024.

Yung Filly, real name Andres Felipe Valencia Barrientos, is currently facing charges in Australia over a separate incident that reportedly took place in September 2024, where a woman told police he’d sexually assaulted her in his hotel room following the opening performance of his music tour in Perth.

In October, Filly was arrested in Australia on several charges, which included “three counts of assault occasioning bodily harm, one of strangulation and four counts of sexual penetration without consent.”

Filly appeared in court regarding the September incident in March 2025, where he pleaded not guilty — but now, he’s facing additional scrutiny after another woman came forward with separate allegations from an ordeal prior to his legal battle in Australia.

On March 24, 2025, UK news outlets reported that in summer 2024, a British woman reported to police that Filly had assaulted her in his hotel room after a performance in Magaluf, a town on the west coast of the Spanish island of Majorca.

The woman stated that Filly forced himself on her after she had consensual sex with one of his friends. She reported the incident to British police several weeks after returning to the UK from her vacation.

Authorities passed on the information to the Spanish Civil Guard, who have been investigating the matter in a Palma court. According to reports from UK outlets, sources claim that a magistrate has asked Australian authorities to question the YouTuber on Spain’s behalf in the midst of his current court proceedings.
